Title -  Financial Planning and Analysis  (Remote)

Pay Range - $45 - $50/hr

• Support financial planning, modeling, analysis, and forecasting.
• Prepare reports on financial and budgeting trends and operational performance.
• Gather financial data and provide recommendations to support business decisions.
• Support month-end close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Analyze income, expenses, assets, liabilities, and other financial trends. 
• Utilize business and financial systems to support reporting and analysis. 
• Assist with department and regional budgets and forecasts in alignment with business initiatives.
• Perform general ledger analysis and reconciliations and investigate financial variances.
• Education Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of FP&A or directly related financial experience.
• Advanced accounting knowledge. 
• Advanced Excel skills. 
• Experience with general ledger analysis, reconciliations, and adjusting journal entries.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well on a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Medi-Cal accounting and reporting.
• SQL database experience. 
• Budgeting and forecasting experience.
