Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and optimization of electrical systems and power distribution networks.
• Support new construction, upgrades, and complex engineering projects from concept through completion.
• Review arc flash studies and implement safety and reliability improvements.
• Develop and optimize electrical schematics, system layouts, and power distribution solutions.
• Integrate automation, real-time monitoring, and energy storage technologies.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, NEMA, API, IEEE, and applicable safety/regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and technical deliverables.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
• 8+ years of engineering experience in natural gas, data centers, or a related industry.
• Strong experience with power distribution and electrical systems.
• Experience reviewing arc flash studies.
• Working knowledge of NEC, NEMA, API, and IEEE standards.

Range: $170k to 200k
