Location: Arlington, VA
Duration: 12 Months (Potential Extension/Conversion)
Onsite: 5 days
PayRate: $55/hr-$60/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical programs from planning through execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Drive program timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Analyze technical requirements and translate them into actionable plans
• Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership
• Support data-driven decision-making and reporting

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Product Management
• Strong understanding of program/project management methodologies
• Solid networking fundamentals
• Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Proven track record of delivering results

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Data Center (DC) infrastructure
• Experience with DWDM or backbone networking technologies
• Exposure to data analysis, software systems, or AI technologies
