Location: Seattle, WA

Work Type: Onsite

Contract Duration: 12 months with conversion opportunity

Job Summary:

Recruiter II responsible for high volume talent sourcing, candidate outreach, phone screening, and pipeline development in a fast paced recruiting environment. The role is heavily focused on hands on sourcing and proactive candidate engagement. The successful candidate will use advanced Boolean search techniques, AI tools, and ATS systems to identify and manage qualified talent. Strong productivity, recruiting metrics, technical aptitude, and motivation are essential for success. This position requires full time onsite presence in Seattle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct hands on sourcing and candidate outreach for the majority of the role while building strong and qualified talent pipelines.
• Identify prospective candidates through Boolean searches, complex keystring development, AI enabled sourcing tools, and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidates based on position requirements, technical background, communication skills, and overall qualifications.
• Manage candidate information and submissions within ATS and enterprise recruiting systems while maintaining accurate and timely records.
• Track and communicate recruiting metrics including monthly hires, sourcing calls, candidate screenings, email outreach, and types of technical positions supported.
• Complete onboarding and recruiting training with expectations to begin independently building candidate pipelines during the second week.
• Collaborate with recruiting teams to support high volume hiring goals and maintain consistent candidate engagement throughout the recruiting process.

Required Qualifications:

• One to three or more years of recruiting experience, with three or more years preferred for demonstrated success.
• Strong Boolean search skills and ability to build complex keystrings.
• Strong understanding of sourcing, candidate outreach, phone screening, and pipeline development.
• Highly comfortable using AI tools, ATS systems, and enterprise recruiting technology.
• Demonstrated ability to work toward recruiting productivity and hiring metrics.
• Strong motivation, work ethic, adaptability, and ability to learn quickly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting for data center, infrastructure, or technical positions.
• Experience recruiting Construction Managers, Commissioning Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Supply Chain professionals, or Deployment Technicians.
• Experience supporting high volume technical recruiting environments.
