Job Title : Endur Developer 

Salary : $100K to $180K Annually 

Location : Onsite : Houston , tx

• Junior (1–3 yrs in Endur): My HM is open to us sending over junior candidates with less Endur experience - $100K 
• Senior:  base salary below $180k

• Participates on company-wide projects for rollouts of software installations/upgrades for applications/operating systems and performs system integration testing.
• Assists in planning, designing, evaluating, implementing, and monitoring of various applications or systems.
• Consults with customers to ascertain needs, identify problems, applying business expertise/technical knowledge to design, and/or create information solutions to ensure satisfaction with delivered services.
• Designs and documents systems/application models for customers and reviews with team members to ensure customer needs are met.
• Provides operational/functional support for systems and troubleshoots/resolves problems.
• Acquires and utilizes business knowledge by taking advantage of available resources (Internet, books, periodicals, classes/workshops, conferences, etc.) to develop and foster value driven business solutions.
• Provides technical training and mentoring to promote competency and growth.

• Hands-On Endur Experience: Candidates must actively work in Endur (e.g., specific modules), not just with it.
• Recency: Must have recent Endur experience. Disqualify anyone who hasn't used Endur in the last 5 years.

This is a direct hire opportunity. The selected candidate will be employed directly by our client.
