About the Role
We're looking for a highly motivated Technical Sourcing Recruiter to drive high-volume hiring for infrastructure and technical positions. This role is heavily focused on sourcing, engaging, and hiring top technical talent while meeting aggressive recruiting goals in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and engage technical talent through multiple channels.
- Conduct phone screens and assess candidate qualifications.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for high-volume hiring.
- Manage candidate submissions and recruitment data within ATS platforms.
- Leverage AI-powered sourcing tools to identify and engage talent.
- Complete a structured onboarding program and begin building active pipelines within the first two weeks.
- Consistently meet recruiting performance metrics.
Performance Expectations
- Achieve approximately 100 recruiting points per month.
- Average 4–6 hires per month.
- Conduct around 20 onsite interviews per month.
- Complete 20–25 phone screens per month.
- Maintain high levels of sourcing activity, candidate outreach, and pipeline generation.
Required Qualifications
- 2–7+ years of recruiting experience (3+ years preferred).
- Strong experience with Boolean search and advanced search string (keystring) creation.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and AI-powered sourcing tools.
- Experience recruiting for technical or engineering roles.
Pay Range:
- $35/hr. – $50/hr.
