About the Role:-
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Construction Project Manager to lead a multi-phase project from initiation through closeout. This role involves overseeing all phases of construction, managing subcontractors, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with rigorous quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:-

Project Planning

  • Define project scope, deliverables, and specifications.
  • Prepare construction estimates.
  • Manage budgets.

Scheduling & Logistics

  • Develop detailed construction schedules with milestones.
  • Coordinate the movement of resources, materials, and heavy equipment.

Contract Management

  • Prepare bids.
  • Negotiate contracts with general contractors and subcontractors.
  • Manage change orders.

Compliance & Permitting

  • Secure and issue required permits.
  • Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national building codes as well as environmental regulations, including 29 CFR 1926 OSHA standards.

Safety & Quality Control

  • Enforce safety procedures.
  • Conduct safety inspections.
  • Maintain OSHA standards across contractors.
  • Oversee quality assurance and quality control programs.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Lead project meetings.
  • Provide regular progress updates to clients and stakeholders.

Education Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.

Required Skills

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
  • Experience in coordinating daily construction work between contractors, clients, landlords, and city officials.
  • Proficiency in issuing work permits, including hot work, surface penetration, and working from heights.
  • Familiarity with 29 CFR 1926 OSHA Construction Industry Regulations.
  • Strong communication skills, along with financial analysis and time-management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in construction management software.
