- Troubleshoot electrical and automated production equipment to support day-to-day manufacturing operations.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize electrical test systems, automated test equipment, and manufacturing processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment performance, reliability, productivity, and process efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
- Participate in root cause investigations and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Analyze equipment and process performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support equipment qualifications, validations, and process improvement projects.
- Ensure manufacturing equipment and processes comply with applicable quality-system and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with troubleshooting and diagnostic activities using electrical test and measurement equipment.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations in a regulated or high-volume production environment.
- Hands-on experience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE), data acquisition systems, or manufacturing testers.
- Experience using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other electrical diagnostic tools.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and perform circuit troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional engineering and manufacturing environment.

Pay Range : $25 to $35
