Title: Real Estate Project Manager
Location: Houston, TX
Duration: Full-time
Pay range: 115K-125K
Scope: This person will be working on the Real Estate team handling capital projects. They will be internally managing project proposals, budgeting, and scheduling, and will then be responsible for delivering the projects as well.
Job Duties
- Under general direction, serves as Project Manager for assigned Real Estate Services projects, including the design, construction, renovation, expansion, consolidation, relocation, or replacement of company offices, laboratories, manufacturing facilities, warehouses, service centers, and site infrastructure assets.
- Leads projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, execution, occupancy, and closeout.
- Develops and manages project scope, schedule, budget, and execution strategies to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives
Must-haves:

At least 3-5 years of PM experience for construction/architecture projects specifically

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate ownership over the projects

Bachelor's degree-HUGE plus if it's in engineering management or construction management

Ability to understand where business decisions are coming from/working with business directly
Plusses:

PMP certification

Background/degree in construction mgmt/engineering mgmt
