Pay Range: $30 to $35 an hour.

Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Electrical Engineer will support manufacturing operations through electrical test systems, automated equipment troubleshooting, and process improvement.
The role will focus on improving equipment reliability, product quality, manufacturing efficiency, and process performance.
The engineer will collaborate with Production, Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
The position requires hands on electrical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and experience in regulated or high volume manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot electrical and automated production equipment to support daily manufacturing operations.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize electrical test systems and manufacturing processes.
• Identify equipment and process performance issues and implement improvements.
• Analyze manufacturing data to identify opportunities to improve reliability and productivity.
• Conduct root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
• Support equipment qualifications, validations, and process improvement projects.
• Ensure equipment and processes meet applicable quality and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations in regulated or high volume production environments.
• Experience with electrical test systems, automated test equipment, data acquisition systems, or manufacturing testers.
• Hands on experience using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and electrical diagnostic tools.
• Strong knowledge of electrical schematics and circuit troubleshooting.
• Strong root cause analysis, problem solving, and continuous improvement skills.
• Experience with automated equipment troubleshooting and process optimization.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
• Understanding of quality systems and manufacturing compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience with equipment qualification, validation, or process validation.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Experience with PLCs and automation controls.
• Experience with manufacturing data analysis.
