Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Technology Consultant will support and optimize Talent Acquisition technology solutions, with a strong focus on ATS functionality, business processes, and systems integration. This role will partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to support technology delivery, integrations, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Talent Acquisition business processes, workflows, and technology needs, particularly within SmartRecruiter ATS.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for SmartRecruiter ATS functionality and related system integrations.

• Support data integrations between the ATS platform and downstream enterprise systems.

• Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to coordinate technology solutions.

• Manage ongoing system support activities, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with appropriate teams to drive resolution.

• Apply Software Development Life Cycle processes, documentation standards, and delivery practices.

• Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements for Talent Acquisition processes and system integrations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Minimum 5 years of data integration experience.
• Hands-on experience with SmartRecruiter ATS is required.
• Experience working across business and technical teams.
• Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition processes and workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with system support, implementation, and process improvement.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and documentation practices.

Pay Range: $70/hr to $75/hr
