Title: GenAI Project Manager

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Duration: 12 months of contract | Onsite  

Pay Range:  $70/Hr. to $75/Hr.

Job Description: 

• Run sprint planning, schedule meetings, and set clear agendas across multiple concurrent GenAI/AI projects
• Track cross-team deliverables and interdependencies, proactively surfacing and escalating blockers before they stall a project
• Partner directly with Science and Engineering teams to support the build-out of deployment playbooks, reference architectures, and solution templates
• Write clear PRDs, user stories, and technical specs to keep engineering and stakeholders aligned
• Define KPIs and success metrics for deployed GenAI solutions and report on outcomes/value delivered

• Deep GenAI knowledge with hands-on experience — has personally built agentic applications or prototypes, not just managed AI projects from the outside
• Proven ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-changing, high-pace environments without heavy direction
