• Gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into Retail solutions.
• Work with stakeholders on solution design and implementation.
• Support system testing and validation.
• Provide functional support and troubleshooting for Retail systems.
• Prepare functional documentation as needed.

• Retail (Retek) Functional experience – Mandatory
• Business Systems Analysis / Business Analysis experience.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Experience with testing, validation, and functional support.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
