Job Details: 

Title: Blood Bank System Analyst - Remote

Duration: 18 months of contract 

Pay Range:  $70/Hr. to $75/Hr.

Job Description: 

• Meet with market stakeholders to walk through blood bank workflows and outline how the product should work (a team member joins these calls too).
• Build sample configurations/workflows in WellSky to show markets real options and inform Kaiser's recommendations.
• Organize and document build requirements; customize test scripts across testing cycles.
• Help map cutover strategy from legacy blood bank systems (currently Cerner/Oracle Health + Hemonetics) to WellSky — how in-flight work gets closed out and what carries over at go-live.
• Occasional travel (~2x over the project) to the Colorado or Northwest/WA-OR markets to observe workflows and support go-live — otherwise fully remote.

• 3–5+ years of blood bank experience — anything less is unlikely to let a candidate credibly advise the client; blood bank workflows are complex.
• At least one prior blood bank system implementation — WellSky is the strongest fit, but a comparable system (e.g., Cerner/Oracle Health blood bank, Hemonetics) will also be considered.
