• Lead commissioning, startup, testing, troubleshooting, and service operations for liquid cooling/CDU products.
• Build the commissioning and service function from the ground up, including processes, standards, and operating procedures.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to improve equipment performance and reliability.
• Hire, train, and mentor technicians while developing the long-term service organization.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for customers and lead service escalations.

• 10+ years of experience in commissioning, field service, or technical operations.
• Strong mechanical engineering background with hands-on experience in HVAC, chilled water, hydronic systems, pumps, or heat exchangers.
• Experience commissioning and troubleshooting industrial or mission-critical equipment.
• Proven ability to build technical processes and lead service or commissioning teams.
