Title: Analyst, Transformation Management Office

Collabera is seeking an Analyst, Transformation Management Office to support multi-year Investment Platform Transformation, Operation Daybreak. This is a junior Project Coordinator/Analyst position supporting the broader program team with project coordination, governance, reporting, stakeholder communication, and program deliverables.

We are looking for someone approximately 1–2 years post-graduation who has hands-on experience supporting projects and understands how projects operate. Consulting experience, particularly around one year, is attractive. Financial services or investment management experience is helpful but not required; the priority is finding someone organized, analytical, comfortable communicating broadly, and able to support a large transformation program.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

The Analyst will support the Operation Daybreak program team with day-to-day project coordination, including tracking actions, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, milestones, and deliverables. They will prepare PowerPoint presentations, maintain Excel/Smartsheet trackers, support governance and status reporting, coordinate meetings, capture actions and decisions, and follow up with stakeholders to keep work moving. They will work across the program team and interact with BAs, business and technology stakeholders, and external delivery partners, Black-Rock, from a project coordination perspective. This role does not include budget management.

Must-Haves:

• 1–2 years of post-graduate experience supporting projects, ideally within project coordination, project analysis, consulting, PMO, or transformation 
• Strong understanding of how projects operate, including milestones, deliverables, actions, risks/issues, dependencies, governance, and stakeholder follow-up 
• Strong hands-on PowerPoint and Excel skills, with experience creating presentations, trackers, status updates, and project documentation 
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to work broadly across program, business, technology, and external teams 
• Hands-on experience contributing to project/program deliverables rather than purely administrative or operational support 

Plusses:

• Approximately 1+ year of consulting experience with Consulting Industry, Big 4, Accenture, or a similar project-based consulting environment 
• Financial services, capital markets, pension, or investment management experience, with a basic understanding of how investment organizations operate 
• Experience supporting a large-scale transformation, technology implementation, or enterprise program 
• Experience using Smartsheet and/or Azure DevOps for project tracking and reporting 
• Exposure to investment platforms or transformation partners such as BlackRock/Aladdin, although direct platform expertise is not required
