• 10+ years leading large, complex IT programs or enterprise technology initiatives from a healthcare background
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects within a larger program
• Experience leading enterprise application or infrastructure implementation, modernization, or transformation initiatives
• Background working in large enterprise organizations
• Strong program governance experience, including roadmap planning, prioritization, and dependency management
• Strong executive presence with the ability to confidently present to senior leadership and facilitate executive meetings
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, risks, issues, and cross-functional dependencies
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business, technical, and executive teams
• Ability to onboard quickly, work independently, and thrive in ambiguous environments
• "Paratrooper" mentality—able to quickly assess complex programs, identify risks and blockers, establish structure, and drive successful outcomes
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a player/coach capacity while mentoring project managers
• 100% Remote

Range: $60-70/hr
