• Prepare federal estate tax returns (Form 706), gift tax returns (Form 709), and fiduciary income tax returns (Form 1041), along with related state filings.
• Gather and review financial records, asset valuations, and supporting tax documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, financial institutions, appraisers, accountants, and financial advisors.
• Assist with trust and estate administration, probate filings, inventories, and accountings.
• Manage multiple assignments independently while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion.

• 5+ years of experience preparing Forms 706, 709, and 1041.
• Experience supporting high-net-worth clients in estate planning, trust administration, or private client services.
• Strong knowledge of estate, gift, and fiduciary tax processes.

This is a direct hire opportunity. The selected candidate will be employed directly by our client.
