Title: Contract Analyst
Duration: 6 to 12 months
Location: Houston, TX
Pay range: $22/hr to $30/hr

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams to review, update, and manage contract and Work Order templates.
• Format and translate contract templates and clause libraries for implementation in the Icertis CLM platform, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Maintain template repository standards, including folder structures, naming conventions, and version histories across system repositories.
• Execute user acceptance testing (UAT), compare system-generated documents against approved templates, and document identified defects or gaps.
• Create and maintain quick reference guides, contract usage documentation, training materials, and contract playbooks.

Must-Haves:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
• 5 to 7 years of experience working with contracts, clauses, templates, legal documentation, or commercial agreements.
• Foundational legal knowledge to evaluate contract clauses, terminology, and legal verbiage.
• Exceptional proficiency in MS Word, specifically with document styling, formatting, tagging, and document controls.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to interface across legal and technical teams.
