Must-Haves:

MINIMUM 8 years experience overall

FLUENT IN SPANISH

Experience using GlobalView
-
Experience working in payroll for large companies (minimum 10k employees)

Solid understanding of General ledger accounting processes:

Accruals, reconciliations, process documentation, etc..

Experience with the payroll side of SAP (either ECC or 4Hana)

Solid analytical skills

Solid excel experience: v-lookups, pivot tables, etc..

Any project management experience
