Must-Have Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, along with 8+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, including prior management experience.
  • 8+ years of accounting experience, with direct responsibility for payroll accounting within a large enterprise environment strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of General Ledger (GL) accounting, accruals, account reconciliations, and payroll-related accounting principles and treatments.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with an understanding of key financial performance metrics and business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, internal controls, risk mitigation, company policies, financial analysis, statutory reporting, forecasting, and financial applications.
Salary range:
$130k/ann.-$140k/ann.
 
This is a direct hire opportunity. The selected candidate will be employed directly by our client.
