• Lead structured cabling and low-voltage projects from kickoff through completion.
• Supervise and support teams of 2-6 technicians.
• Coordinate daily activities with project managers, customers, contractors, and vendors.
• Review project scope, schedules, and installation requirements.
• Manage materials, equipment, and jobsite logistics.
• Assign work, monitor production, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Serve as the primary onsite customer contact.
• Perform hands-on installation work as needed.
• Conduct project walkthroughs and progress meetings.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite.

• 2-5+ years of experience as a Lead Technician, Field Supervisor, Foreman, or Superintendent.
• Experience leading crews on structured cabling or low-voltage projects.
• Strong customer-facing and project coordination experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, construction drawings, and cable schedules.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Structured cabling installation and termination.
• Copper and fiber optic cabling systems.
• IDF/MDF buildouts.
• Cable tray, ladder rack, J-hook, and conduit installation.
• Testing, troubleshooting, and certification of cabling systems.
• Rack, cabinet, patch panel, and cable management installation.
• Knowledge of ANSI/TIA standards and industry best practices.

• BICSI Technician
• OSHA 30
• Fiber Optic Certification
• CommScope Certification
• Panduit, Corning, Leviton, Belden, or similar manufacturer certifications
