Position: BIM Modeler II
Location: Avondale, AZ
Duration: 6–12 Months (Contract-to-Hire)
Pay Range: $35/hr. to $41/hr. 

Role Overview:This role will focus on developing and maintaining BIM models using Revit, preparing construction documentation, performing clash detection, and coordinating with architectural, mechanical, electrical, and structural teams.

Key Requirements:

• 4+ years of BIM Modeling experience
• Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
• Experience with BIM model coordination and clash detection
• Construction documentation experience
• Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering/design teams
• MEP, industrial, semiconductor, manufacturing, or engineering project experience is a plus
