• Create, maintain, and update BIM models and drawing packages.
• Coordinate with architectural, mechanical, electrical, and structural teams.
• Support project deliverables using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Perform model reviews, clash detection, and design coordination.
• Produce and maintain construction documents.
• Ensure BIM standards and project execution plans are followed.
• Track project milestones and communicate progress to project teams.

• 4+ years of BIM Modeling experience.
• Strong proficiency with:
• Revit
• AutoCAD
• Navisworks
• Microsoft Office
• Experience creating and maintaining BIM models.
• Construction document experience.
• Experience coordinating with multiple design disciplines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.

• Experience supporting MEP, industrial, semiconductor, or engineering projects.
• Experience working within architectural or engineering consulting environments.
• Clash detection and model coordination experience.
