Title: Senior Instrumentation and Electrical Designer
Location: Midland, TX (On-site)
Duration: Full-Time 
Salary Range: $120k/yr to $150k/yr

Responsibilities:

• Manage project design/drafting, provide standardized PFD/P&ID symbology, assign electrical/instrument tags, and resolve drawing issues.
• Conduct technical and administrative reviews of 3rd-party design packages, issued drawings, and as-built drawings for compliance with company standards.
• Create process flow diagrams (PFDs), P&IDs, facility plot plans, and assist in developing project scopes of work and contracts.
• Attend project meetings, coordinate drawing distribution to stakeholders, and align with project managers, inspectors, and contractors.
• Perform site surveys to identify connection points and maintain project technical records and CADD drafting standards.

Must Haves:

• High school diploma or equivalency with college or technical school training (2 year CADD/drafting degree preferred).
• Minimum of 8 years of pertinent design experience, including 5 years of project coordination experience.
• Relevant drafting/design experience with recent AutoCAD experience.
• Strong plant and/or pipeline-related design experience.
• Ability to mentor less experienced I&E Design Coordinators and willingness to travel by air or auto to facility sites as needed.
