Job Description:
We are looking for a strong Java Backend Developer with hands-on experience building scalable backend applications, REST APIs, and microservices. Current market requirements for these locations commonly emphasize Java, Spring Boot, microservices, Kafka, SQL, cloud, and containerization.

Must Have Skills:

• Strong experience with Spring Boot & Spring Framework
• Hands-on experience developing Microservices
• Strong REST API / Web Services development
• Excellent SQL and relational database experience
• Experience with Kafka or other messaging platforms
• Experience with AWS/Azure cloud
• Docker and Kubernetes
• CI/CD tools such as Jenkins/GitHub Actions
• Git, Maven/Gradle
• JUnit/Mockito and unit testing
• Strong understanding of OOP, multithreading, data structures, and design patterns
• Experience with production support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning

Good to Have:

• NoSQL – MongoDB/DynamoDB
• Spring Security, OAuth2/JWT
• API Gateway
• Terraform
• Financial/BFSI domain experience
• Agile/Scrum experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Develop event-driven applications using Kafka.
• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases and optimize queries.
• Deploy applications using cloud and container technologies.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Collaborate with architects, QA, DevOps, and business teams.

Hourly Rate: 60$-65$ per hour 
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
