Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Charlotte, NC

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Client Industry: Banking Client

Duration: 12+ months contract to hire

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

Must-Haves:

• Minimum of 5+ years of development experience with Salesforce Lightning
• Proficiency in Salesforce Cloud Computing
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira
• Understanding of integration efforts with platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud
• Proficient in structured programming languages such as APEX, Force.com, .Net, Java, and SOA
• Solid knowledge of data warehouses, multiple database platforms, and ETL processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality results with aggressive deadlines
• Self-starter with a good aptitude for problem-solving and a willingness to learn new technologies

Day To Day:

• Partner with the Digital CRM Product Team to capture business and system requirements. - Support the delivery of requirements for the development of the CRM platform
• Collaborate with management and development staff to accomplish project deliverables
• Manage multiple priorities and deliver quality results within aggressive deadlines
• Work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $50 to $53 per hour

This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
