Pay Range: $18-20/hour
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

This role will handle incoming calls.
-
Handle incoming calls and investigate potentially fraudulent activity.

Recommend process and tool improvements that increase the efficiency of fraud and claims operations.

Identify and submit customer complaints when applicable.
-
Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to less experienced staff on complex fraud and claims matters.
Required Skills:
-
Call Center/Contact Center/Customer Service/Phone based Customer Support Experience.
Nice to Have Skills:
-
Bilingual - English and Spanish.
-
Fraud and claims operations experience.
-
Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
