- Strong hands-on experience with chromatography, including affinity, cation exchange, anion exchange, hydrophobic interaction, or mixed-mode separations.
- Experience with filtration operations, including depth filtration, virus filtration, sterile filtration, and tangential flow filtration.
- Experience operating bioprocess equipment such as ÄKTA systems, TFF skids, chromatography skids, mixers, tanks, pumps, or single-use systems.
- Strong understanding of biochemistry, protein purification, and bioprocess engineering principles.
- Experience independently executing and interpreting scientific experiments.
- Experience authoring standard operating procedures and technical reports and maintaining detailed laboratory documentation.
- Strong scientific writing, analytical, planning, collaboration, and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with antibody or antibody-like molecule purification at pilot or GMP manufacturing scale.
