Position Overview:

  • seeking a Campaign Analytics & Reporting Specialist to support the internal media buying team with day-to-day campaign reporting, dashboard maintenance, data reconciliation, and performance insights across paid media channels.
  • This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on paid media campaign experience and can combine strong analytical skills with an understanding of how media campaigns perform across web and mobile platforms.
  • You will not simply be responsible for reporting numbers. The team is looking for someone who can interpret campaign performance, identify trends, understand what may be driving changes, and translate data into a clear business narrative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce recurring campaign performance recaps using established templates and reporting processes.
  • Maintain and update recurring performance dashboards using platforms such as Looker, Tableau, or Data Studio.
  • Pull, organize, and analyze campaign data from internal analytics and AI-powered analytics platforms.
  • Reconcile media delivery, spend, and performance against approved media plans.
    Monitor campaigns while they are live and identify performance trends, anomalies, or issues that may require attention.
  • Analyze campaign performance across paid social, programmatic, display, mobile, and other digital media channels.
  • Interpret performance data and explain why campaign metrics changed and what those changes mean for campaign performance.
  • Support ad hoc reporting and analytical requests from the broader media team.
    Manage multiple campaigns and reporting deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and consistency.
  • Communicate findings clearly through written reporting, campaign recaps, dashboards, and other presentations.

Required Qualifications

  • Paid Media Experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with paid media campaigns across web and mobile.
  • Experience with one or more of the following:
  • Paid Social
  • Programmatic Advertising
  • Display Advertising
  • Mobile Advertising
  • Digital Media Campaigns
  • Mobile Measurement Platforms
  • Experience or familiarity with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as:
  • Kochava
  • Adjust
  • AppsFlyer
  • The candidate should understand not only what the campaign numbers show, but also why
  • performance may have changed and what paid media factors could have contributed.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Strong experience with campaign reporting and performance analysis.
  • Ability to translate raw data into a clear, concise performance narrative.
  • Ability to explain:
  • What happened
  • Why it happened
  • What it means for the campaign
  • What may require attention
  • SQL & Spreadsheet Skills
  • Solid SQL skills.
  • Strong spreadsheet skills, particularly for campaign reporting, reconciliation, analysis, and data organization.
  • Media Metrics
  • Strong familiarity with digital media KPIs such as:
  • Reach
  • Frequency
  • CPM
  • CTR
  • VTR
  • Conversions
  • Spend
  • Delivery/performance against plan
  • Dashboard / Visualization Tools
  • Experience with one or more:
  • Looker
  • Tableau
  • Data Studio / Looker Studio

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior exposure to AI-powered analytics platforms or AI analytics tools.
  • Experience supporting a media buying or digital marketing organization.
  • Experience working with multiple concurrent campaigns.
  • Strong written communication and documentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently meet reporting deadlines.
