Responsibilities:
- Research & resolve member/provider appeals, grievances, and complaints.
- Review claims, benefits, records & contracts; prepare timely resolutions and correspondence.
Qualifications:
- Appeals & Grievances experience
- 2+ years Managed Care/Healthcare experience
- Healthcare claims processing experience (Medicare/Medicaid, COB, denials)
