These terms apply to your voluntary participation in Collabera’s AI Fluency Assessment.

Important Information

• Participation is completely voluntary, and you are not required to complete the assessment to apply for or be considered for any Collabera position or assignment.
• This assessment is not part of the hiring, selection, recruitment, placement, assignment, or employment process.
• Your decision to participate or not participate and your assessment results or certificate status will not affect your application, candidacy, interview process, eligibility for employment, compensation, assignment opportunities, or any employment-related decision.
• Completing the assessment or receiving a certificate will not provide preference or priority for a position or assignment.
• The assessment is intended solely for educational and professional development purposes.
• Assessment participation and results will not be shared with hiring managers, clients, recruiters, or others responsible for hiring, placement, assignment, or employment decisions.

Certificate & Assessment Records 

• Upon successful completion, you will receive a Collabera AI Fluency Certificate.
• Your certificate is valid for six (6) months from the date of issuance.
• After six (6) months, you are welcome to retake the assessment to evaluate your current AI fluency and receive an updated certificate.
• We securely retain your assessment results and certificate information separately from recruitment and employment decision-making records.
• Collabera will collect and use your name, contact information, assessment responses, score, completion status, assessment date, and certificate information solely to administer the assessment, issue or reissue your certificate, maintain the integrity and security of the assessment program, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
• Collabera will retain identifiable assessment and certificate information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by applicable law. Thereafter, the information will be deleted or de-identified in accordance with Collabera’s retention policies.
• Your assessment results are not used to make hiring, employment, promotion, compensation, termination, placement, assignment, or any other employment-related decisions.

By selecting “Start Optional Assessment” and proceeding with the assessment, you confirm that:

• You have reviewed these terms;
• You understand that participation is voluntary; and
• You agree to Collabera’s collection, use, and retention of your assessment and certificate information for the purposes described above.

The Collabera AI Fluency Certificate is an educational credential issued by Collabera based on performance in this assessment. It is not an academic degree, professional license, government-issued credential, third-party certification, or independent accreditation. Completion of the assessment or receipt of the certificate does not guarantee employment, selection, placement, assignment opportunities, or proficiency in any particular position or technology.
