Pay Range: $28/hr - $30/hr

Required Qualifications:
  • 1–2 years of experience in invoice processing, billing, Accounts Payable (AP), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), collections, or related financial operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Office or Workspace.
  • Strong Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP (highly preferred) or SAP.
  • Experience working in a large enterprise organization.
  • Previous experience in media, entertainment, digital advertising, marketing operations, or streaming services.
  • Familiarity with vendor onboarding platforms such as Graphite Connect.
  • Exposure to vendor payment processes, financial reconciliation, and marketing expense tracking.
