Job Title: Lead Data Analyst Role
Location: Charlotte, NC / Jersey City, NJ
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Client Industry: Banking
Duration: 12-18 Months
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM EST
Must-Have Skills
- 10+ years of technical data analytics / production analytics experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Python/Pandas, and ServiceNow.
- 5+ years of production support and incident analytics experience, including root-cause analysis and stability improvements.
- Proven experience building dashboards, KPIs, analytics, and reporting from the ground up.
- Experience analyzing incident volume, MTTD, MTTR, monitoring/observability, and operational data.
- Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting analytics and recommendations to leadership.
- Experience partnering with Production Support, SRE, Development, and Application teams.
- 2+ years of practical experience with AI-assisted tools, such as MS Copilot, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
Nice to Have
- Financial services / banking experience.
- SRE, reliability engineering, or observability experience.
- Experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana, or similar tools.
- ServiceNow Performance Analytics experience.
- Experience analyzing application logs, events, and alerts.
- Proven results improving incident volume, MTTR/MTTD, or application stability.
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $60 - $65 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
