Ravi runs the entire Workday application for all of Employee Experience technology

This resource will each be allocated to the recruiting and HCM function

This team has over 420 configurations of data going in and out of the application at a time, and these specialists will be in charge of going into Workday and configuring and changing the business systems

This is NOT a production support role, this is HANDS ON
MUST HAVES
-
7+ years working within Workday Configuration
-
Can go into Workday and change a business system
-
Can build from scratch
-
5+ years of Core HCM configuration
-
3+ years with workday talent acquisition
-
Performance management experience within workday
-
Build out modules within the application VERY HANDS ON
-
Experience demonstrating builds to the business
-
Able to explain what they built and why
-
Experience working with offshore teams
-
Experience with workday implementation and all day-to-day processes

Good communication, self-starter, eager to learn

Hourly Rate: $58- 63 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
