Position: Engineering Project Manager
Location: Houston, TX – onsite for the first 6 months, then hybrid (2–3 days/week onsite)
Type: Full-Time / Direct Hire
Pay Range: $160K–$210K 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage water/wastewater master planning and hydraulic modeling projects from kickoff through delivery.
• Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and deliverables.
• Work directly with municipal and utility clients and lead client meetings/presentations.
• Provide technical oversight of hydraulic modeling and infrastructure evaluations.
• Support proposals, business development, and client relationship development.
• Mentor junior engineers and modelers.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering.
• 6+ years of experience in water/wastewater master planning, water modeling, water quality, or treatment plant projects.
• Project management experience with a strong technical engineering background.
• Experience with tools such as WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, InfoWater, InfoWorks, or EPANET is preferred.
• PE certification is highly preferred and may qualify for a higher compensation range.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
