• Apply incoming cash payments, including checks, wire transfers, credit card transactions, and over-the-counter deposits, to the appropriate customer accounts and invoices.
• Review payment remittances and research unidentified or unapplied payments to ensure timely resolution.

• 1–2 years of accounting or Accounts Receivable experience.
• Experience or working knowledge of Cash application, Checks and check processing, Wire transfers, Payment remittances, Accounts Receivable reconciliation

• Experience with Ora_cle or other ERP systems.
• Experience in the media, broadcasting, or entertainment industry.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
