  • You'll also have opportunities to support sponsorship initiatives across Client's broader corporate event portfolio

  • Strong partner advocacy and the ability to articulate the value of the ecosystem internally and externally.
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating internal and external marketing content.
  • Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or similar) is a plus.
  • ~15% travel required.
Responsibilities
  • Lead sponsorship go-to-market operations including package and inventory setup, ordering workflows, contract template coordination, reporting, and internal enablement to support efficient selling.
  • Develop sponsorship offerings and materials by creating the prospectus and custom proposals for top sponsors; define levels, pricing, inventory, value proposition, and design requirements in partnership with internal teams.
  • Own sponsorship forecasting, revenue tracking, and budget management including revenue and cost modeling, pacing against event revenue goals, and post-event financial reporting.
  • Identify new sponsorship opportunities and strategies to maximize partner engagement and sponsor ROI.
  • Lead sponsor fulfillment and participation across key areas including expo space, content, registration, web, communications, signage, meeting space, and sponsor communications.
  • Build and manage the Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC) to guide sponsors through the planning process and improve sponsor readiness.
  • Serve as onsite lead for sponsorship operations including sponsor desk coverage, issue escalation, and governance of sponsor move-in/move-out.
  • Ensure seamless cross-functional communication between sponsors, vendors, and internal teams pre-, during, and post-event.
  • Host sponsor support programming such as office hours, support calls, and Know-Before-You-Go presentations.
  • Measure and improve sponsor satisfaction through feedback collection, post-event surveys, and continuous improvement plans.
  • Drive innovation and efficiency by refining event operations and building repeatable, scalable processes and playbooks for sponsorship planning, budgeting, and execution.
