• Manage financial forecasting, budget tracking, invoice reporting, and expense reconciliation for the marketing department.
• Maintain and consolidate large budget spreadsheets, financial trackers, and forecasting documents.
• Prepare budget snapshots, expense reports, forecasts, and financial analyses for senior leadership and Finance teams.
• Track marketing expenses and invoices and update budgets to reflect actual spending.
• Support monthly and quarterly expense reconciliation and ensure financial reports are submitted accurately and on time.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4–5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or a similar financial role.
• Experience with invoice tracking, expense reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation.

• SQL experience for querying and extracting expense data from backend tables.
• Experience with Tableau or other advanced dashboard/reporting tools.
• Experience with digital subscription services and/or e-commerce.
• Familiarity with expense management software.
