Location: Lake Nona, Orlando, FL 32827 
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite – 5 Day/Week 
Duration: 12 Months, with possibility of extension/conversion 
Pay Range: $20-24/hr 
Education: Bachelor's Degree Required 
 

Experience: Entry-Level – No prior AML experience required 

Position Overview 

We are hiring Entry-Level AML / Transaction Monitoring Analysts to support a high-performing team focused on Retail Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Transaction Monitoring. 

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and professionals looking to build a career in financial services, banking operations, AML, fraud prevention, compliance, and data analysis. 

No prior AML or Transaction Monitoring experience is required. Comprehensive training will be provided. 

Paid Training Program 

Selected candidates will complete 4 weeks of paid online training before starting on the project. 

The training program includes: 

  • 8 day – Excel / Data Training 
  • 12 day – AML / Transaction Monitoring Training 

Training will provide candidates with the foundational knowledge and skills needed to support Retail AML and Transaction Monitoring activities. 

Training Compensation: Candidates will be paid at the applicable minimum state-mandated hourly rate during the training period. 

Project Compensation: Upon starting on the project, the pay will be $24/hour. 

Project Start Date: January 11, 2027 

Training Dates: 

  • November 16–20 
  • November 30–December 18 

Training will be conducted online. 
 

Primary Responsibilities 

  • Support Retail AML and Transaction Monitoring activities after completing training. 
  • Review and analyze data across multiple systems to identify and validate information. 
  • Assist with transaction monitoring, data validation, fraud investigations, controls testing, and related operational activities. 
  • Coordinate with team members and stakeholders across different geographic locations using virtual communication tools. 
  • Assist with project tasks, requests, meetings, schedules, and deliverables. 
  • Review information and deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and proper formatting. 
  • Maintain knowledge of applicable policies, procedures, and processes while meeting established KPIs. 
  • Manage multiple assignments and prioritize competing tasks effectively. 
  • Assist with identifying opportunities to improve quality and productivity, including appropriate use of AI-enabled tools. 
  • Support the development and maintenance of SOPs, training materials, and process documentation. 
  • Work collaboratively with team members and support a respectful, professional, and high-performing team environment. 
  • Escalate issues and questions to Senior Analysts or appropriate team members when needed. 
  • Maintain a high level of integrity, professionalism, accuracy, and accountability. 
     

Basic Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree required. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Intermediate proficiency with particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately review and analyze information. 
  • Ability to work in a target-driven, high-volume operational environment. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. 
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. 
  • Willingness and ability to learn AML and Transaction Monitoring processes.

Important Requirements 

  • Must be available to work 100% onsite, 5 day per week in Lake Nona, Orlando, FL. 
  • Must be available for the 4-week online paid training program. 
  • Must be available to start the project on January 11, 2027.
