Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Supply Planning Transformation Specialist to lead site-level deployment of a major supply chain planning transformation program. This role will guide manufacturing sites through adoption of a new Target Operating Model, planning processes, systems, and ways of working. The position requires strong manufacturing supply planning expertise, transformation leadership, stakeholder influence, and hands-on experience with advanced planning tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end deployment of supply planning transformation initiatives across assigned manufacturing sites.
  • Partner with site leadership, manufacturing, and supply planning teams to drive adoption of the new Target Operating Model.
  • Conduct site readiness assessments, gap analyses, and evaluations against the defined target state.
  • Develop and execute site-specific transformation, deployment, and change management plans.
  • Support improvements across Sales and Operations Planning, supply planning, capacity planning, inventory planning, and production planning processes.
  • Deliver training, coaching, and capability-building sessions for site supply planning teams.
  • Embed standardized planning processes, tools, governance, and ways of working to support sustainable adoption.
  • Track deployment milestones and key performance indicators, including forecast accuracy, planning adherence, service levels, on-time delivery, and inventory performance.
  • Identify, manage, and escalate deployment risks, process gaps, and barriers to adoption.
  • Influence cross-functional and multi-site stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
  • Capture site learnings and support continuous improvement of the overall transformation and deployment approach.
  • Prepare site teams for post-deployment sustainability and successful transition from hypercare.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 5–8 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, production planning, or Sales and Operations Planning within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong experience within pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, healthcare, or life sciences manufacturing environments.
  • Experience supporting both manufacturing-site and broader supply chain planning activities is strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP, Blue Yonder, JDA, or comparable advanced planning systems.
  • Practical knowledge of Master Production Scheduling, Advanced Planning and Scheduling, Material Requirements Planning, capacity planning, bottleneck scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Experience with planned orders, production orders, frozen planning periods, net requirements, and campaign planning.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or leading supply chain transformation, operating model transformation, or Target Operating Model deployment.
  • Experience conducting readiness assessments, gap analyses, deployment planning, and process implementation.
  • Strong change management, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, training, and influencing capabilities.
  • Ability to operate independently in a remote and matrixed environment with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to travel approximately 15–35% based on deployment phases and site requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or professional specialization in Supply Chain or Operations Management.
  • Experience supporting global or multi-site manufacturing supply chains.
  • Advanced hands-on experience with SAP, Blue Yonder, JDA, or other advanced planning systems.
  • Experience designing and delivering supply planning capability-building programs.
  • Knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning transformation and supply chain operating models.
  • Formal change management certification or equivalent transformation experience.
