Job Summary:
- The Market Analyst II will lead affiliate marketing initiatives supporting customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion for a health technology platform.
- This role will serve as a subject matter expert for affiliate marketing partnerships and influencer programs while developing strategies that maximize return on investment.
- The position will manage affiliate budgets, forecasting, opportunity sizing, partner relationships, and campaign performance.
- The successful candidate will collaborate with business intelligence, product management, brand marketing, public relations, and finance teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- This role requires a strategic and entrepreneurial professional who can operate effectively in a fast paced environment and navigate ambiguity and change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead affiliate marketing programs and serve as a strategic partner to internal teams supporting market penetration and customer acquisition.
- Manage affiliate marketing budgets, forecasting activities, opportunity sizing, and resource allocation.
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies focused on cost per action and revenue share campaigns.
- Manage affiliate partnerships from onboarding through ongoing performance optimization.
- Negotiate and manage partner contracts and agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Monitor campaign performance, conversion rates, return on investment, and potential fraudulent activity.
- Analyze campaign data and develop actionable insights to improve performance and maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with business intelligence teams to evaluate channel incrementality and optimize affiliate marketing strategies.
- Partner with product management, brand marketing, public relations, and finance teams to align affiliate initiatives with business objectives.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices within affiliate marketing and digital advertising.
- Ensure affiliate marketing activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Four or more years of experience leading partnership or affiliate marketing programs.
- Hands on experience with Impact, Rakuten, or Commission Junction platforms.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience managing affiliate networks and partnership programs.
- Proven experience onboarding and managing external partnerships.
- Demonstrated ability to develop marketing strategies and execute them effectively.
- Strong analytical, communication, troubleshooting, organizational, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with managed affiliate networks.
- Experience in a fast paced enterprise environment.
- Experience managing influencer marketing programs.
- Experience with budget forecasting and opportunity sizing.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and navigate ambiguity.
