- Experience: 7+ years of Product Ownership/Product Management experience preferred

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong experience in Product Ownership or Product Management, preferably 7+ years.
- Hands-on experience delivering AI/ML or Generative AI solutions.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation.
- Experience translating business requirements into detailed technical user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience, including backlog management, sprint ceremonies, Jira, and UAT.
- Ability to participate in architecture discussions and challenge technical design decisions.
- Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and enterprise AI workflows.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, technical stakeholders, and business leadership.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple AI initiatives simultaneously and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar Generative AI platforms.
- Experience with enterprise AI governance, Responsible AI, risk management, and compliance processes.
- Experience developing conversational AI applications, AI assistants, enterprise search, recommendation engines, or knowledge management solutions.
- Experience working in the financial services sector.
- PSPO (Professional Scrum Product Owner) certification or an equivalent product ownership certification.
