• Monitor and manage container allocations and track shipments throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Coordinate truck drivers and freight partners using  Relay load board.
• Support truck allocation and transportation planning for daily operational needs.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, including port holds, customs delays, warehouse load refusals, and truck breakdowns.
• Track container statuses, maintain accurate records, and document issue resolution using  Excel.
• Communicate operational updates, escalations, and resolutions primarily through email.
• Analyze operational data, identify trends, and support root-cause analysis and process improvements.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume logistics environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2+ year of experience working with computers and  Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week and overtime when required.
• Flexibility to work different shifts or in different work areas as needed.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field, or at least 2 years of work experience.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, freight, dispatch, manufacturing, distribution, or customer service.
• Strong Excel, data management, and data quality 
• Experience with MS Access or SQL is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational midset
• Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and resolve operational issues quickly.
