Epic Beaker CP Application Coordinator
Contract: San Francisco, California, US span>

Job Code: 372370
End Date: 2026-11-14
Days Left: 26 days, 17 hours left
Why This Role
The client is consolidating Epic Beaker CP across Washington, Colorado, and Nevada as the first phase of a larger, multi-year initiative to bring the entire organization onto a unified platform. The client needs certified, hands-on builders who can deliver high-quality configuration within a tight timeline.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Build Epic Beaker CP configurations and test records based on requirements gathered directly from laboratory stakeholders.
- Lead requirements-gathering and alignment meetings independently with lab teams.
- Collaborate with the Application Coordinator (AC) team to ensure configurations support enterprise-wide needs rather than individual markets or states.
- Present build configurations and workflow impacts to diverse audiences, including physicians and executive stakeholders.
- Support go-live command center activities, including availability outside regular business hours during go-live periods.
- Independently manage assigned build activities and keep deliverables on track.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Certification: Active Epic Beaker CP (Clinical Pathology) certification.
- Hands-On Experience: Proven experience building and implementing Epic Beaker CP; certification alone or experience with other Epic modules is insufficient.
- Implementation Experience: Two or more hospital system deployments strongly preferred. One deployment may be considered if completed within a large, highly complex health system.
- Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead meetings independently and engage confidently with physicians and executives.
- Collaboration: Team-oriented and open-minded, able to advocate for solutions while respecting team decisions.
- Independence: Self-motivated and capable of gathering requirements, executing configurations, and delivering results with minimal supervision.
